These are our terms and conditions, we ask that you follow the rules listed below otherwise we will ban you from the site and store.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• There are no refunds, once you make an appointment you must make that appointment or miss out on the experience. Our time is valuable and we already have that spot for you.
• If you feel as though we did not reach expectations, go ahead and let us know and we will work on a refund or an agreement that works for you instead.
• Sigils and Spells are Licensed and operated as a trademarked partnership, please do not use our ideas or copy our products directly.
• Obviously we do not supports scamming of any kind, or any kind of unlawful mistreatment. please report that if you notice it being done by a customer or another site using our trademark.
• For members it is important to be kind and considerate to other members, bullying is not tolerated, No one is more than anyone else, nor deserves to be recognized more than anyone else- furthermore at any point reach out if you need anything, we are a community of caring here.
